Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with strong expertise in generative AI to lead the development of advanced models and intelligent systems. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from research and model design to deployment and optimization. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into our products, helping deliver innovative features and improved user experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerative AI Research & Development

• Build, refine, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models, including those focused on language, vision, and creative content generation.
• Stay current with the latest breakthroughs in machine learning, deep learning, and generative modeling.
• Identify emerging opportunities to incorporate new AI advancements into the company’s offerings.
• Design and implement models using leading generative approaches such as GPT-based models, VAEs, and GANs.

Implementation & Model Optimization

• Develop scalable AI architectures using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related tools.
• Run structured experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business challenges into technical AI solutions that scale.

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Work with engineering, product, and design teams to define project objectives and technical requirements.
• Contribute to high-quality code reviews, documentation, and internal standards for AI development.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and continuously explore new techniques to strengthen our AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

• Strong command of Python and related AI/ML libraries.
• Hands-on experience with ML and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenAI libraries, etc.).
• Proven experience with generative AI techniques such as GPT architectures, VAEs, and GANs.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methodologies.
• Experience deploying AI models on cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows, including Git-based version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Awareness of ethical AI considerations and approaches to reducing model bias.

Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI development, with a significant focus on building and fine-tuning generative models.
