Our IT Team is hiring an AI Enablement Analyst!

Office Hours: 8am-5pm, no nights, no weekends.

Panoramic Health’s AI Enablement Analyst will spearhead enterprise initiatives that harness artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to elevate operational performance, enhance service delivery, and strengthen overall business results.
In this role, the leader will act as a strategic connector between technology and operations, applying deep business analysis expertise, strong project leadership, and effective change management to guide the organization through the adoption and integration of AI driven processes across clinical, administrative, and technical environments.
Responsibilities include:- Identify and assess opportunities to apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics across enterprise functions (IT, operations, customer service, compliance, finance, and clinical workflows).
- Collaborate with business process owners, data science and engineering teams to evaluate feasibility, ROI, and scalability of proposed AI use cases.
- Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for AI solutions, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent process automation.
- Develop and manage simple to moderately complex Agentic AI products
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping and workflow analysis to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and success metrics for AI and process improvement projects.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology capabilities and business goals.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Lead cross-departmental projects through the full lifecycle — from concept to implementation and adoption.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables using structured project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
- Manage vendors, assuring complete and accurate product delivery.
- Coordinate user training, documentation, and change management to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and deliver continuous improvement recommendations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project management, or business transformation within healthcare or a regulated industry
- Proven ability to identify and assess high-impact AI use cases.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) and project management tools.
