We are looking for a highly skilled and innovation-driven AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI-powered enterprise solutions aligned with CTS offerings and strategic initiatives.

Position Summary

The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing intelligent applications and enterprise AI solutions using Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Automation, and Cloud AI services. The role involves working closely with solution architects, developers, and occasionally with clients to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, cloud-native AI services, automation platforms, and enterprise integration architectures.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise use cases.
• Build Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using modern LLM frameworks.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Implement NLP, computer vision, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency.

Cloud & Data Engineering

• Develop AI solutions on Microsoft Azure AI and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Work with large-scale datasets using Databricks and modern data engineering pipelines.
• Integrate AI services with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for GPU, storage, and AI workload optimization.

Automation & Intelligent Workflows

• Integrate AI with UiPath RPA and workflow automation solutions.
• Build AI-driven business process automation and intelligent document processing solutions.
• Develop autonomous AI agents and orchestration workflows.

Solution Architecture & Client Engagement

• Participate in solution design workshops and technical presentations.
• Translate customer business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Support proposal preparation, PoCs, demos, and pilot implementations.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams during pre-sales engagements.

Security, Governance & Compliance

• Implement responsible AI, AI governance, and security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with CTS cybersecurity teams for secure AI deployment architectures.

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with latest AI trends, LLM ecosystems, AI frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with CTS strategy.
• Contribute to CTS IP development, accelerators, and reusable AI frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, and AI agents.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and data engineering concepts.
• Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
• Experience with Databricks Mosaic AI.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for AI systems.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise ERP, HIS, CRM, or banking platforms.
• Familiarity with intelligent robotics and AI-human interaction systems.
• Certifications in Azure AI, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning are an advantage.
