AI Engineer (Voice AI & Conversational Automation)

Location: Islamabad / Lahore / Karachi (Hybrid)

About the Role

We’re building outbound Urdu-speaking voice agents for insurance campaigns using OpenAI Realtime APIs. You will design, develop, and optimize the full conversational layer including scripts, prompts, voice flows, and integrations with our SIP-based dialer. Your job is to make the AI caller sound natural, accurate, and aligned with our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage AI voice agents using OpenAI Realtime APIs.

Design conversation flows, prompts, guardrails, and response logic for Urdu-language insurance calls.

Integrate voice agents with SIP, outbound dialers, and internal services (with support from our network/App teams).

Convert product documents into structured knowledge the AI can use safely.

Implement lightweight retrieval/FAQ systems where needed.

Test, tune, and improve call quality, accuracy, and customer experience.

Monitor performance: call summaries, drop reasons, customer questions, and improvement areas.

Work closely with App, Web, and Network teams to support deployment and scaling.

Requirements

Experience with LLM-based applications (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of prompt design, conversation design, and API integrations.

Hands-on knowledge of Python/Node.js for building AI workflows.

Familiarity with SIP/RTP/telephony flows is a plus (network team will support).

Ability to work with Urdu conversational data and simplify customer communication.

Comfort working with insurance or fintech products is a plus.
