React Native Developer

MEXA TECHUB (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an experienced React Native Developer with 2+ years of expertise to join our growing team. This role involves building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications while collaborating with a talented group of developers, designers, and project managers. You’ll be responsible for creating seamless user experiences, optimizing performance, and ensuring application reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• App Development: Develop and maintain robust React Native applications, following best practices and industry standards.
• Experience developing for multiple platforms (iOS and Android)
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement new features, ensuring smooth UI/UX.
• Optimization: Optimize applications for high performance, scalability, and efficiency across platforms.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the application to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest React Native advancements, trends, and best practices.
• Project Participation: Actively engage in agile sprints, retrospectives, and daily standups; assist with time estimation and planning.
• UI/UX Development: Implement pixel-perfect UIs that align with design specifications and integrate smooth animations for an intuitive user experience.
• Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and services into applications.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and adhere to test-driven development principles.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field(optional)
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of React Native principles and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability.
• Proficiency with React Native development tools, frameworks, and third-party libraries.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry-specific applications (e.g., healthcare, finance).
• Proficiency with frameworks like Redux, React Navigation, and cloud integration.
