Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual identities, digital campaigns, and creative assets across multiple brands under the group.
- Use AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly to enhance creativity and productivity.
- Translate business and brand strategies into compelling visual narratives and design systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive, future-focused creative direction.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI-driven design, visualization, and motion graphics to continuously evolve our brand aesthetics.
- Produce visual presentations, concept boards, and storyboards for group-level projects and campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a holding company, creative agency, or tech environment.
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects) and Figma.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools for design and visualization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand identity work, and AI integration.
- Excellent visual communication skills with strong attention to detail and consistency.
