About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with strong AI expertise to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will combine advanced SEO strategies with AI-driven tools to improve search rankings, optimize content, and maximize website visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
• Use AI-powered tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Clearscope, Jasper, ChatGPT, Semrush, Ahrefs) to research, generate, and optimize content.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis using both AI and traditional SEO methods.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for search engines and user experience.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, AI advancements, and SEO best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, rankings, and traffic trends.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement AI-enhanced SEO initiatives.
• Leverage AI to identify SEO opportunities, improve CTR, and enhance content relevance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO is a plus
• Google Analytics & Google Search Console – for traffic monitoring and performance analysis
• SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz – for keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitive insights
• Screaming Frog / Sitebulb – for technical SEO audits and site crawling
• Google Keyword Planner – for keyword discovery and planning
• Surfer SEO / Clearscope – for content optimization and SERP analysis (optional but preferred)
• Google Data Studio / Looker Studio – for creating SEO performance dashboards and reports
• Excel / Google Sheets – for data analysis, reporting, and bulk keyword handling
• ChatGPT or other AI tools – for content ideation and SEO support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years Experience in SEO.
