ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly technical, AI-native Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder to analyse, automate, and optimise business processes across all departments. You will identify where humans are doing work that AI agents can do better, build the automation, deploy it, and hand it to a single operator to manage. Your mandate: take a 5-person department and turn it into 1 person running AI workflows. High-impact, high-trust role at the centre of how we build the business of the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audit every department and map all processes — identify what can be automated with AI agents immediately
• Design and deploy AI agent workflows using OpenClaw/Claudbot on VPS or Mac Mini infrastructure
• Build end-to-end automation across BD outreach, SEO publishing, reporting, HR screening, and social media production
• Set up and manage automation platforms — n8n, Make, Zapier — for cross-tool workflows
• Work directly with the Founder to prioritise automation projects by ROI and headcount reduction potential
• Train existing team members to become AI operators — one person managing AI workflows instead of a full team
• Stay current on all major AI developments — new models, tools, agent frameworks, and deployment methods
• Document all automations with clear SOPs so they are maintainable and scalable

REQUIREMENTS

• Expert-level knowledge of OpenClaw/Claudbot — must have deployed AI agents on VPS or Mac Mini, non-negotiable
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make (Integromat), and Zapier for complex multi-step automations
• Deep familiarity with all major LLMs — Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, Grok — and when to use each
• Understanding of Claude-specific tools — Claude API, Claude Projects, Claude Skills, Claude Cowork
• Strong understanding of business operations and process optimisation
• Strong English communication — written and verbal, professional standard
• Some coding knowledge — Python or JavaScript preferred
• Experience deploying and managing agents on cloud infrastructure or local hardware (VPS, Mac Mini)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in an agency or multi-brand business environment
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO, outreach automation, or content production workflows
• Background in business process optimisation or operations management
• Experience with prompt engineering and building reliable AI pipelines
• Interest in AI consultancy or advising businesses on AI adoption

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
