AI Systems Operator (Remote – Pakistan)

About Us Abra & Co is a growing UK optometry group with five practices across the North of England. We've built a suite of custom management tools — dashboards, reporting systems, and performance trackers — and we need someone to maintain and improve them using AI tools.

The Role This is not a traditional developer role. You will use Claude AI (similar to ChatGPT) to build, fix, and improve our Google-based systems. The CEO gives you clear briefs. You deliver working results. Simple as that.

What You'll Do

• Use Claude AI to generate and test Google Apps Script code
• Maintain and update live tools used daily by our practice managers
• Deploy new features based on CEO briefs
• Flag issues proactively without being asked
• Query our company AI knowledge bot before escalating to the CEO

What We're Looking For

• Genuinely used Claude or ChatGPT to produce real outputs
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Basic understanding of HTML or JavaScript
• Strong written English
• Self-directed — you don't need daily hand-holding
• Reliable — you do what you say you will
