Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Tax Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations related to AI-powered tax solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, tax knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. The AI Tax Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows, compliance, and maintaining Avalon-AI LLC’s reputation for excellence in AI-driven tax management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI-based tax compliance programs and reporting activities.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and government agencies to ensure adherence to Qatar’s tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of tax filings, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Support the integration of AI tools into tax workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare reports on tax performance and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, awareness campaigns, and client workshops.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s taxation laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in tax coordination, compliance, or financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of taxation regulations, compliance standards, and reporting practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools, tax software, and digital transformation processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tax management systems.
• Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or tax-specific credentials are an advantage.
