About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Team Lead to oversee and guide our AI development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and project management, with proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the AI project team.
• Design and implement AI models and systems tailored to business needs.
• Coordinate milestone-based deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Provide strategic direction for research and development in AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in AI roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end AI projects.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to work under milestone-driven timelines.
