Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization’s AI adoption roadmap
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across departments
• Align AI initiatives with business objectives
• Cross-Department Implementation
• Work with HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and IT to integrate AI tools
• Standardize AI workflows and best practices
• Ensure department-specific customization
• AI Enablement & Training
• Design AI literacy programs for employees
• Conduct workshops and leadership briefings
• Create internal AI playbooks and SOPs
• Governance & Risk Management

Requirements:

• Minimum: Graduation (Any discipline)
• Strong interest in AI and tech innovation.
• Curiosity and self-learning mindset.
• Basic understanding of AI models (ChatGPT, DALL·E, etc.).
• Good written communication skills.
