AI Video Production & Insights Specialist

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled professional to lead our efforts in leveraging AI-generated video and AI-powered call analysis. This role will be responsible for creating engaging advertising videos, training materials for new hires, and scalable training modules, while also supporting the use of AI tools for call listening, quality assurance, and insights generation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms (e.g., VEO 3, Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory) and AI call analysis tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus, Observe.AI), with a strong portfolio showcasing past work. This position will work closely with our trainer, HR team, marketing team, and operations team to ensure all initiatives align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Production & Training Content

• Develop professional-quality AI-generated videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and client communications.
• Design and produce AI-driven training modules and onboarding content to streamline employee learning.
• Collaborate closely with the trainer and HR team to ensure training materials support learning objectives and compliance.
• Partner with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and campaigns.
• Support the operations team with video-based training to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Optimize workflows to ensure scalable, repeatable, and efficient video production.

AI Call Listening & Quality Analysis

• Implement and manage AI platforms for call listening and sentiment analysis.
• Generate reports and insights to support quality assurance, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Work with the operations team to integrate insights into daily processes.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of call quality evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI-generated video creation with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Familiarity with leading platforms such as:
• Video Generation: VEO 3, Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory, Colossyan, RunwayML.
• Call Listening & QA: Gong, Chorus.ai, Observe.AI, CallRail, Fireflies.ai.
• Strong creative eye for video storytelling, branding, and training engagement.
• Experience working with training/learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to partner effectively with trainer, HR, marketing, and operations.
