AIDC /POS Tehnical Support Enginner

IT Technical Support Engineer – AIDC & POS Hardware

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and technical support requests via site visits, phone, and email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to:
  • Barcode Printers (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.)
  • Barcode Scanners (Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic)
  • ID Card Printers (Zebra, HID)
  • Handheld Mobile Terminals (Zebra, Datalogic)
  • POS Machines , POS Printers and POS Peripherals (Posiflex,Epson and other brands)
  • Provide effective solutions to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct installation, configuration, and end-user training for barcode printers, scanners, handheld terminals, POS systems, peripherals, and associated software.
  • Support customers in adopting enterprise mobility and digital transformation solutions, including Auto-ID, RFID, PDT, and IoT technologies.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and Android platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Android and Windows-based kiosks.
  • Familiarity with enterprise mobility solutions and digital transformation tools.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT and AIDC technical support.
  • Valid UAE driving license with own car (mandatory).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
