AI/ML Technical Coordinator

Location: Onsite – DHA 2, Islamabad (near Giga Mall)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Morning

Experience: 1–3 years (AI/ML background preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer who wants to proceed the career in project coordination and management. The ideal candidates who has strong spoken English, clear communication skills, and a good understanding of AI/ML concepts. The person will engage with clients, understand their technical needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

This role involves requirement discussions, client communication, and handling coordination tasks that support the sales and project management process in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Technical Communication

• Join client meetings to understand requirements and answer technical questions.
• Explain AI/ML concepts and solutions in simple, clear language.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, documentation, and estimates.
• Support internal teams during discussions that may lead to new project opportunities.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate between clients and development teams to ensure clarity on requirements.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Share regular updates with clients and the internal team.
• Help maintain project documentation and communication records.

Process & Quality Support

• Ensure that requirements are clearly conveyed to the development team.
• Identify risks or delays and communicate them proactively.
• Help maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.

Skills Required

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, terminology, and workflows.
• Ability to explain technical points in simple language.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Professional attitude and comfort with client-facing interactions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
