Location Andheri East, Mumbai ⏳ Experience 2–5 years in Air Export Operations / Freight Forwarding What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) End-to-End Coordination: Manage air export shipments from booking to billing. Documentation Mastery: Handle all essential export documentation (HAWB, MAWB, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, etc.). Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with airlines, customers, and overseas agents for smooth cargo movement. Compliance & Costing: Ensure full compliance with IATA, airline, and customs regulations, and coordinate with internal teams for costing and billing.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications) Hands-on experience in air export operations and documentation. Knowledge of customs clearance, DG cargo, and airline coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and Freight ERP systems (Logisys, Cargowise, etc.). Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain (IATA certification preferred). Strong communication, teamwork, and detail-orientation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,192.99 - ₹47,864.15 per month
