Executive Operation - Air Exports

Only male candidates are preferred.

JD as under

*Checking of documents (Invoice and Packing List) and arranging for Clearance.

*Preparation of Airway Bill, HAWB, MAWB and Cargo Manifest

*Submitting ASI at GMAX portal and preparing gate pass

*Preparing Final Handover Destination Set.

* Co-Ordination with Airline for Flight Details & Carting, Submitting E-AWB of different Airlines.

*Handling shipment on daily basis and Tracking of the shipment.

*Co-Ordination with Customers and Transporters for smooth clearance process.

*Quoting to customers and gain business

*Co-Ordination with Agent for destination clearance.
