Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our vacation rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of the properties. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas as needed
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards, paying special attention to high-touch areas
• Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each guest turnover
• Maintain floor care by vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
• Restock essential supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, kitchen essentials, and linens to ensure guest comfort
• Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, window cleaning, dusting, and general custodial duties to keep the property pristine
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials
• Skills in laundry management and floor care including carpet cleaning and upholstery maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and property owners
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety protocols accurately
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently over extended periods; ability to lift heavy items when necessary
• Prior experience with housekeeping management or custodial roles is a plus
