Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy fresh graduate to join our IT team as an ITSM Analyst . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about IT service management and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will assist in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ITSM portals and applications, while supporting process automation and service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.

Support the setup and maintenance of IT processes within the IT portal.

Help build and automate workflows to improve service delivery.

Log and manage service requests and issues using Ivanti ITSM.

Maintain accurate records of requests and workflows in the asset database.

Support employee profile management and LDAP integration.

Assist in creating reports and dashboards to monitor IT performance.

Learn to configure search functions and dashboards within Ivanti.

Help maintain and update the service catalog and service request forms.

Support approval workflows and email notifications.

Assist in managing service categories and roles.

Learn to manage voice agents and IVR announcements.

Help configure alerts for proactive system maintenance.

Support mobile portal widget management and survey reporting.

Assist in server/mailbox configuration and software installation via Ivanti Automation.

Participate in integration tasks between ISM and EPM.

Provide data for weekly service desk reports and publish support documentation.

Contribute to staff training and knowledge sharing as needed.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Certifications: ITILv3 certification is a plus but not required.

0–1 year of experience in IT or a related field (internships or academic projects are welcome).

Skills & Attributes

Strong interest in IT service management and automation.

Basic understanding of ITSM tools and concepts.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with IT catalogs and workflow design is a plus.

Team player with a proactive attitude.
