All around Maintenance

We are looking for a reliable and skilled All-Around Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of repair, upkeep, and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities, equipment, and client properties remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repair, and handyman tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tiling, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and carry out preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Respond to client service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Inspect and identify areas that require repair or improvement.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with the operations team to order necessary materials and supplies.

Requirements:

• Proven at least 3yrs UAE experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift/carry tools and materials.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Applicant must be already in UAE
