  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • He/she should have experience in the automobile industry, especially related to car accessories.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide sales initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and sales execution across all regions.
  • Drive effective utilization of CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting to track performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in sales strategy, channel management, and key account handling.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Incentives will be provided based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
