- Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- He/she should have experience in the automobile industry, especially related to car accessories.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive growth.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide sales initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and sales execution across all regions.
- Drive effective utilization of CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting to track performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic performance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in sales strategy, channel management, and key account handling.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Incentives will be provided based on performance.
