Job Description

Perform a variety of masonry works including block work, plastering, tiling, concreting, and finishing tasks as part of the construction or maintenance team.

Repair and maintain walls, floors, and other structures made of brick, block, concrete, or stone.

Carry out tile fixing, grouting, plaster patching, and floor screening as required.

Assist in small concrete works, including mixing, leveling, and finishing.

Build and repair boundary walls, manholes, curbstones, and other civil structures.

Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry surfaces.

Work from drawings, measurements, and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks.

Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working condition.

Follow all safety procedures and ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.

Coordinate with other technicians and departments to complete maintenance or project works efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

5–7 years of experience in masonry, tiling, and plastering (maintenance or construction).

Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in masonry works.

Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and measurements.

Skilled in block work, plastering, tile fixing, and concrete repair.

Physically fit and able to work in different site conditions.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

GCC experience preferred
