- Ensuring availability in store - right product, right time, right store and maximizing full price selling
- Timely launch of stocks to stores understanding the gap and opportunities in collaboration with inputs from various stakeholders – Retail, Demand planner, Buyer.
- Preventing stock out by setting up all relevant parameters for auto-replenishment based on actual sales
- Effectively managing stock availability for respective category during peak trading period like Ramadan, BTS, etc
- Understand retail territory, various stores and there by performance by category to get the pulse of customer
- Control ageing stocks for respective category in line with business requirements
- Generate and circulate reports for providing information, update and call for action among various team
- Understand various compliances applicable for stock movements and manage inventory flow accordingly for the category
- Actively participate and contribute in system enhancements and improvements to improve the efficiency of working
