The Alternate Site Manager (ASM) is a key personnel position under the AFCAP V contract, serving as the designated authority to act in the extended absence of the Site Manager. The ASM ensures continuity of operations and carries full authority to manage daily contract operations in alignment with the PWS and contract requirements.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities :

• Oversee contract operations in the absence of the Site Manager with full delegated authority.
• Maintain supervision of personnel, scheduling, and execution of work to meet contractual requirements.
• Ensure quality control standards are upheld across all tasks and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the ACO, COR, and Government personnel in the Site Manager's absence, with the ability to meet on-site within 4 hours as required.
• Provide regular updates on site activities to Site Manager, Program Manager, and Government representatives as needed.
• Support continuity of leadership and operational stability during transitions.
