About the Role:

The Aluminum Façade Designer will be responsible for creating detailed design drawings and technical solutions for façade, curtain wall, doors, windows, and other architectural aluminum systems. The role involves coordinating with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure the design meets project specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing feasibility.

Salary : Based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and analysis of façade systems, including glazing, cladding, and curtain walls.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications while ensuring compliance with project standards and local regulations.
• Support senior design team members with material research and sourcing suitable façade products.
• Participate in site visits to monitor installation processes and provide technical support as required.
• Contribute to the preparation of design reports, calculations, and technical documentation for project submissions.
• Take part in design review meetings and provide inputs to enhance design efficiency and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in façade or aluminum system design.
• Strong familiarity with façade materials, systems, and current design trends.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
