Aluminum & Façade QA/QC

Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance and Control:

• Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures for aluminum and façade projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct inspections and audits during various project stages to verify material quality, workmanship, and adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure all activities align with company policies and standards.

Site Inspections:

• Perform regular site inspections to assess construction processes and identify potential quality issues.
• Document and report any deviations from established quality standards and coordinate with project teams to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site personnel to ensure adherence to quality control measures during installation and fabrication processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive records of quality control inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Prepare quality reports and presentations for management and project stakeholders, highlighting findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval of material submittals, shop drawings, and inspection requests.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Work closely with the QA/QC Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary training programs.

Communication and Coordination:

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address quality-related concerns and ensure effective communication regarding quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss quality issues, updates, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of QA/QC experience in the aluminum.
