Aluminum&Façade Project Manager - Arabic Speaker

A Façade Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering façade works (glass, curtain wall systems, cladding, external envelopes, aluminum/steel structures, etc.) on construction projects. This role ensures the façade is designed, fabricated, and installed to meet architectural intent, engineering requirements, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination
• Develop façade execution plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Design & Engineering Interface

Coordinate between architects, façade consultants, and structural/M&E engineers to finalize drawings and technical approvals.

• In-depth knowledge of façade systems (curtain wall, glazing, ACP, stone, GRC, steel/aluminum structures).
• Strong technical understanding of structural loads, thermal performance, fire safety, and waterproofing.
• Excellent stakeholder management (client, consultants, suppliers, contractors).
• Familiarity with façade design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, SolidWorks) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Typical Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Specialized experience in façade engineering/installation (5–10+ years).
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is often an advantage.
• Knowledge of international standards (ASTM, BS, EN, AAMA) related to façades.
