Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, hands-on experience with campaign execution, and a passion for driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.


Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run paid campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, and Performance Max

- Continuously improve campaigns by refining audiences, bidding, and conversion strategies

- Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, making sure all events and conversions are recorded correctly

- Create and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage both new and returning audiences

- Keep a close eye on daily spend, campaign performance, and lead quality, and spot areas that need improvement

- Work closely with content and design teams to make ads more engaging and improve click-through rates

- Partner with analytics teams to understand performance data and adjust budgets based on what’s working best

- Research competitors and keywords to find new growth opportunities

- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Google Ads and GA4

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)

- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, GTM, and GA4

- Proven ability to drive conversions and lower cost per lead, especially in B2B or SaaS environments

- Good understanding of remarketing and how marketing funnels work

- Comfortable working with data and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets

- Google Ads or Analytics certifications are a plus
