Assistant Manager – B2B Sales

What we need:

• 4–6 years B2B sales experience
• Construction industry background (cement, steel, paint, or construction chemicals) — mandatory
• BSc / MSc in Science
• Strong client relationship & negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

What you'll do:

• Drive B2B sales growth & manage key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities in the construction sector
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors & end-users
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Monitor market trends & competitor activity

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
