Amazon Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in managing and optimizing Amazon product listings. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, be data-driven, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Add, Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to ensure optimal search terms are being utilized in product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.
• Analyze and monitor product performance, sales, and customer reviews to make data-driven decisions on improvements to listings and product pages.
• Implement best practices for Amazon SEO to increase visibility and drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and supply chain, to ensure listings are aligned with overall business goals.
• Stay up to date on Amazon's policies, changes to the platform, and competitor activity, and make recommendations on how to adapt to these changes.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize product listings for conversion rates.
• Manage a team of 4 Customer Service Reps that will help fulfill orders and take care of any order issues.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as an Amazon Listing Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of Amazon's platform and algorithms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
