Sales Development Representative

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Amazon Services
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Timing: 6pm - 2am (Monday - Friday) & Saturday Half Day

About the Role

We are a fast-growing Amazon services agency helping brands scale through Amazon Account Management, PPC, SEO, and Brand Optimization. We are looking for a sharp and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) who understands the Amazon ecosystem and can qualify high-intent prospects for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify Amazon sellers and brand owners (FBA/FBM)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Understand client pain points related to PPC, listing optimization, and scaling
  • Book qualified discovery calls for the closers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow follow-up sequences
  • Meet and exceed monthly meeting and revenue pipeline targets

Requirements

  • Prior SDR or appointment-setting experience (Amazon services preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, Seller Central, or FBA concepts
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Confident in outbound calling and objection handling
  • CRM experience is a plus
