Location: Valencia, Lahore (On-Site)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our growing e-commerce team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and be capable of handling daily account operations, listing management, inventory planning, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily basis.
• Create, optimize, and update product listings.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization.
• Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
• Handle inventory planning and stock management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage product launches and ranking strategies.
• Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account-related cases.
• Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with PPC and design teams to improve product performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of Amazon account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Understanding of FBA and FBM operations.
• Experience with listing optimization and keyword research.
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Private Label brands.
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Experience with A+ Content and Brand Registry.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and e-commerce marketing.
