Job Description: Amazon Ads Specialist (3–5 Years Experience)
Location: Dwraka Sec-12, Delhi

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Ads Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on
expertise in managing Amazon Advertising campaigns across global marketplaces. The
ideal candidate should have a strong background in eCommerce performance marketing
(both B2C and B2B), experience working with international clients or projects, and must
have prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products,
Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across multiple international
marketplaces.
● Manage advertising strategies for both B2C and B2B eCommerce segments,
including bulk buyers, wholesale-focused listings, and business pricing visibility.
● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and product listing optimization to
maximize ad performance.
● Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and strategies to
achieve KPIs and ROAS goals.
● Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for internal teams
and clients.
● Coordinate with Amazon account management, content, and creative teams to
ensure campaign alignment.
● Manage eCommerce growth strategies focusing on visibility, conversions, and sales
optimization for both retail and business customers.
● Handle communication with international clients; maintain high service quality and
deliver data-backed recommendations.
● Stay updated on Amazon Advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 3–5 years of proven experience in Amazon Advertising (PPC) and eCommerce
performance marketing.

● Mandatory experience working with a digital marketing agency.
● Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central ecosystems.
● Experience in handling both B2C and B2B eCommerce campaigns on Amazon
(business pricing, quantity discounts, B2B buyer targeting, etc.).
● Experience managing international clients or projects.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make
strategic decisions.
● Strong communication and client management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
● Delhi-based candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
