Overview

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Amazon PPC Specialist to join our growing e-commerce marketing team! In this role, you will take charge of developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing pay-per-click campaigns across the Amazon marketplace to drive quality traffic, increase product sales, and maximize ROI. Your strategic mindset and data-driven approach will guide keyword and competitor research, ad performance analysis, and continuous campaign refinement to achieve top-tier results. Key Responsibilities

· Develop, launch, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

· Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Helium10, JungleScout, or DataDive to identify high-performing search terms.

· Monitor daily ad spend, ACOS/TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates; make ongoing adjustments for performance improvement.

· Create and test A/B campaigns to optimize targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.

· Collaborate with product listing teams to ensure SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and images for better ad relevance.

· Prepare weekly/monthly PPC performance reports, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insights to management.

· Manage and allocate advertising budgets across multiple products and marketplaces.

· Stay current on Amazon algorithm updates, competitor trends, and industry best practices to refine ad strategy.

· Suggest product pricing or promotional strategies based on ad performance and seasonal data.

· Train or guide junior marketing assistants in campaign setup and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing multiple campaigns.

· Minimum 2-3 years of Team Management experience working under Amazon PPC.

· Advanced understanding of Amazon Seller Central and advertising dashboards, strong analytical and Excel skills, familiarity with PPC automation tools, excellent report-writing and data interpretation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Deep understanding of ACOS/TACOS metrics, keyword strategy, bid optimization, and campaign segmentation

· Strong attention to detail, ability to manage large ad budgets, excellent English communication, and willingness to work flexible hours (for international time zones).

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
