We Are Hiring – Amazon FBA Brand Approval Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon FBA Brand Approval Specialist to manage brand approvals, category ungating, and compliance processes on Amazon. This role is ideal for someone experienced with Amazon Seller Central who understands approval workflows and can ensure smooth product launches by securing necessary permissions efficiently.

WORK SETUP

• Position: Amazon FBA Brand Approval Specialist
• Location: Paragon City, Lahore
• Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: Up to PKR 130,000/month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage brand approval and category ungating processes on Amazon Seller Central
• Submit and track approval applications for restricted brands and categories
• Communicate with Amazon support to resolve approval-related issues
• Prepare and review invoices and documents required for ungating
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines
• Maintain records of approval status and documentation
• Collaborate with sourcing and product research teams for product eligibility
• Monitor changes in Amazon policies related to brand approvals
• Handle appeals and reinstatement cases if required
• Optimize approval success rates through proper documentation and strategy
• Conduct negotiations with brands to secure approvals and partnerships
• Communicate effectively with brands and stakeholders; strong spoken English required for brand approval coordination

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
• Hands-on experience with brand approval and category ungating
• Strong understanding of Amazon policies and compliance requirements
• Experience dealing with invoices, suppliers, and documentation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
