Job Description: As the Online Orders Confirmation and Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that daily online orders are confirmed, processed, and dispatched accurately and promptly. Your role will involve close coordination with our warehouse team and customer service department to maintain smooth and efficient order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Confirmation: Review and confirm online orders received through various platforms, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
• Dispatch Coordination: Prepare orders for dispatch, including packaging and labeling, and coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for order fulfillment, and communicate any stock issues to the relevant team.
• Customer Communication: Provide updates to customers regarding order status, shipping information, and any potential delays or issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of order confirmations, dispatch details, and any discrepancies or issues encountered.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to order processing, including returns, exchanges, and shipping discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in order processing, dispatch coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with online order management systems, inventory software, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
