Fusion Enterprises is a BPO company based in Lahore, Pakistan, with over 7 years of experience supporting service-driven businesses across the USA. We specialize in outbound sales, customer support, and operational management particularly in Truck Dispatching.

We are looking for a driven and results-focused Telesales Agent to join our growing outbound team on a USA campaign.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling & outbound sales
• Pitch dispatch and logistics services to US clients
• Close sales and onboard new customers
• Maintain client records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of telesales or call center experience
• Fluent, professional-level English communication skills
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working US business hours shifts
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
