Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B)
• Introduce company services and generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects via calls, Text, or email
• Handle objections and maintain a professional tone
• Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred
• Strong English communication skills (verbal)
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and calling systems
• Fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
