Himalya Quartz is an e-commerce business specializing in Amazon marketplace operations. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on Amazon.com, including creating, optimizing, and updating product content.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
  • Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and returns.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent ratings.
  • Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, tools, and marketplace trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms (preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
