Himalya Quartz is an e-commerce business specializing in Amazon marketplace operations. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on Amazon.com, including creating, optimizing, and updating product content.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
- Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and returns.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent ratings.
- Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, tools, and marketplace trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms (preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
