Amazon FBA (PL) Assistant & Excel / Data Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Amazon FBA / PL Assistant to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years hands-on experience with FBA workflows, including stock tracking, restocking, and marketplace compliance. This role requires someone who is proficient in Excel and Google Sheets and can handle data reporting, PnL, and inventory analytics effectively.

What You Will Do:
As an Amazon FBA / PL Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and supporting daily marketplace operations. Your main focus will be on practical FBA tasks while also providing data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

Requirements / Skills:

Amazon FBA / PL Skills:

• Amazon FBA / PL Operations – Product Hunting, Product sourcing, listing creation & optimization, keyword research, product images & content management, and Buy Box monitoring.
• Pricing & Promotions Management – Manage competitive pricing, promotional deals, coupons, lightning deals, and Basic PPC advertising campaigns.
• Seller Central & Account Health – practical knowledge of Seller Central dashboard, account performance metrics, order defect rate, policy compliance, and maintaining overall account health.
• Practical Amazon FBA / PL Knowledge – understanding of FBA workflows, stock replenishment, shipment preparation, and basic marketplace operations.

Inventory & Data Skills:

• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets Expertise – formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis, and PnL reporting.
• Inventory Management Skills – track stock levels, forecast restocking needs, monitor sales velocity, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – ability to prepare clear and actionable reports for inventory, sales, and operational performance.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized – manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensure accuracy in data and reports.
• Communication & Collaboration – coordinate with internal teams for smooth FBA / PL operations and reporting.
• Soft Skills – Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective team collaboration to ensure smooth Amazon FBA / PL operations.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Restock Planning – Monitor stock levels, forecast restocking needs, and ensure timely shipment preparation for Amazon FBA and other marketplaces.
• FBA / PL Operations Support – Assist with daily FBA tasks including product listing updates, shipment creation, label generation, and stock reconciliation.
• Pricing & Promotions Execution – Manage competitive pricing, set up deals, coupons, lightning deals, and support PPC campaigns.
• Data Reporting & Analysis – Maintain and update Excel / Google Sheets dashboards, track sales, inventory, and PnL, and provide actionable insights.
• Seller Central & Account Health Monitoring – Monitor account performance metrics, ensure compliance with Amazon policies, and maintain overall account health.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
