Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident and friendly Relationship Assistant with strong spoken English skills to join our team. You’ll talk to clients, answer their questions, and help solve issues quickly and politely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to clients via phone, email, or chat
• Answer questions and handle complaints
• Give clear information about our services
• Keep records of all client interactions
• Work with the team to ensure great service

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and verbal English
• Confident and clear communication
• Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Positive and willing to learn
• Experience in support or call center is a plus
