We’re hiring a Product Manager – Amazon Listing Optimization Specialist to own listing performance and maximize conversion rates across our Amazon brands. This role is laser-focused on turning product pages into high-performing assets that rank, attract clicks, and drive sales. You’ll blend product/brand management with deep optimization expertise, ensuring every detail of the listing is built to convert and outperform competitors.
What You’ll Do
Listing Optimization (Core Focus)
- Audit, rewrite, and optimize listings to increase CTR and conversion.
- Build compelling titles, bullet points, and descriptions that rank and sell.
- Partner with the graphics team to create main images, infographics, and A+ content that drive clicks and conversions.
- Use AI tools for faster, higher-quality listing rewrites and image editing.
- Run A/B testing with Amazon Experiments (titles, images, pricing) to find proven winners.
- Validate creative decisions with customer polls (PickFu, Intellivy).
Competitor & Market Analysis
- Reverse engineer top-performing competitor listings to uncover their strategies.
- Spot gaps in the market and position our products for differentiation.
- Use keyword and market intelligence tools (DataDive, ScaleInsight, SellerSprite) to extract opportunities.
- Stay ahead of category and consumer trends to anticipate shifts in customer behavior.
Product/Brand Management
- Manage product lifecycle from launch to maturity with a focus on profitability and branding.
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing to ensure listings stay live and promotions are executed.
- Track performance metrics: CVR, CTR, TACOS, profitability per SKU, and review scores.
Analytics & Insights
- Leverage Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and 3rd-party tools to identify growth levers.
- Turn raw data into clear strategies that improve rankings, reduce returns, and boost customer satisfaction.
- Present insights and results to leadership with clear recommendations for growth.
What You Bring
- Proven Amazon FBA experience with a strong record of improving conversion rates and rankings.
- Deep knowledge of Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and listing intelligence tools (DataDive, ScaleInsight, SellerSprite).
- Expertise with polling/validation platforms (PickFu, Intellivy).
- Hands-on skills with AI-driven copywriting and image enhancement.
- Conversion-focused mindset with an instinct for what drives buyers to act.
- Balance of analytical rigor and creative storytelling.
- Strong organizational and project management ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon PPC and connecting ad data to organic performance.
- Background in conversion-driven copywriting.
- Brand management experience across multi-SKU portfolios.
