Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Listing Optimization & Conversions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing listings across Amazon and Walmart, handling customer cases efficiently, and maintaining strong connections with creators. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Listing Management – Amazon

• Create new product listings for our brands.
• Develop SEO-optimized listing content to enhance product discoverability.
• Update imagery and ensure all listing visuals meet brand standards and requirements.

2. Listing Management – Walmart

• Create new product listings for our brands on Walmart.

3. Case Handling

• Manage and resolve all cases related to our brands in a timely manner.

4. Creator Connections

• Respond to and ship orders within 24 hours.
• Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with creators.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Amazon and/or Walmart listing management and optimization.
• Strong understanding of SEO for e-commerce listings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
