We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Amazon & Noon Product Hunter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and sourcing high-potential products for Amazon UAE and Noon.com, with a strong understanding of the UAE and broader GCC e-commerce market.

This role requires strong market insight, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in product research, supplier sourcing, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate profitable product opportunities for Amazon UAE and Noon.com based on market demand, competition, pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis across UAE and GCC e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Analyze product feasibility, profitability, and scalability, including costing, pricing, margins, and revenue projections.
  • Source and evaluate reliable international and regional suppliers, establishing sustainable sourcing channels.
  • Communicate with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and review supplier terms.
  • Optimize product listings for Amazon and Noon, including keyword research and basic listing optimization.
  • Support Amazon and Noon advertising strategies to improve product visibility and sales performance.
  • Identify and implement relevant Amazon add-ons and tools that enhance product performance and sales.
  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to recommend product improvements.
  • Continuously track market changes and emerging product opportunities aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Amazon product hunting, market research, or e-commerce product management.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon UAE is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working on Noon (noon.com) is required.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE / GCC e-commerce market, consumer behavior, and pricing trends.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in product sourcing and supplier negotiation.
  • Familiarity with Amazon optimization and advertising (PPC is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for innovation and strong understanding of customer needs.
