Amazon Officer

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Officer to join our e-commerce operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day Amazon marketplace activities, including product listings, SKU management, competitor research, inventory coordination, and overall account operations.

This role is ideal for individuals with a basic understanding of Amazon marketplace processes who are eager to develop their expertise in e-commerce operations and contribute to the growth of online retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with marketplace standards.
• Manage and organize product catalogs, SKUs, variations, and inventory records.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements to enhance visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product information, inventory updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Track inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Support order management, customer issue resolution, and operational tasks related to Amazon accounts.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Stay updated on Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure account compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall e-commerce growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
• Familiarity with product listings, SKU management, and inventory processes.
• Strong analytical and research skills, particularly in competitor and market analysis.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Amazon account management, e-commerce platforms, or digital marketplaces will be considered an advantage.
