We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented AMAZON ADS PPC SPECIALIST with at least 1 year of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns in an agency setting. You will work under the leadership of a Senior PPC Manager (PPC EXECUTIVE) as part of a high-performance POD structure, helping execute campaigns, support client growth, and drive performance.

Responsibilities
- Support the PPC Manager in the execution and daily optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns (SP, SB, SBV).
- Help launch, scale, and optimize product launches with a focus on profitability and organic ranking growth.
- Maintain and improve ACOS and TACOS targets, adapting strategies to low-budget realities.
- Understand and apply holistic knowledge of organic ranking, listing quality, and paid media synergies.
- Assist with keyword research, bid adjustments, campaign structuring, and A/B testing.
- Stay up to date and learn to use automation platforms and internal tools for optimization and efficiency.
- Report campaign performance and flag key insights and growth opportunities to the PPC Manager.
- Be responsive, proactive, and committed to the team’s goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience managing Amazon PPC in an agency environment.
- Solid understanding of Amazon’s organic vs paid ranking mechanics.
- Experience launching new products and scaling them through PPC strategies.
- Strong knowledge of all Amazon campaign types (SP, SB, SBV, auto, manual, etc.).
- Able to work with limited budgets, hit performance goals, and make smart strategic decisions.

Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $400 USD/month (fixed) (gross)
- Quarterly Performance Bonus:
- If quarterly KPIs are met, the assistant becomes eligible for a 20% revenue-based bonus pool, distributed every 3 months.
- KPIs and performance metrics will be evaluated every 30 days, with payouts aligned to each quarter.
