What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will:

• Own the Workflow: Take full control of the team's Airtable workspace, ensuring 100% data accuracy and real-time task tracking.
• Bridge Strategy & Execution: Attend all team meetings, extract every action item, and immediately convert them into assigned tasks with deadlines.
• Drive Accountability: Maintain a daily follow-up rhythm where no task goes unchecked. The Brand Manager should never have to ask "is this done?" because you've already confirmed it.
• Support Account Health: Assist in compiling weekly reports and monitoring account alerts so the Brand Manager can focus on growth strategy.
• Learn the Lingo: Demonstrate fluency in core Amazon terminology (PPC, Listings, Account Health) to communicate effectively with the POD.

Your Responsibilities

1. Relentless Project Execution

• Convert high-level discussions from team channels and meetings into actionable, assigned tasks immediately.
• Act as the "Enforcer"—aggressively follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Identify bottlenecks in the workflow where the team is lagging and push for resolution.
• When something goes wrong, you fix it—no finger-pointing at the client or other teams.

2. Tool Mastery & Organization

• Own the Project Management stack (specifically Airtable).
• Ensure all data is accurate, tasks are updated, and the tool is utilized to its full potential.
• You will be measured on the cleanliness and accuracy of the project trackers.

3. Account Coordination & Reporting

• Assist in creating detailed weekly/monthly reports showing account success.
• Manage routine client communications and updates regarding project status.
• Maintain a high-level view of account health (inventory alerts, campaign status) and assign fixes to the relevant specialists.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Experience & Skills

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing tasks, timelines, and enforcing deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy Background: Experience in IT, Software, or Digital Marketing sectors. (Note: We are not looking for Project Managers from construction, mechanical, or oil & gas backgrounds.
• Tool Proficiency: High proficiency in Project Management software is required (Airtable experience is a massive plus).
• Amazon Familiarity: Basic "know-how" of the industry is required. You must understand terms like Campaigns, Account Health, and PPC to function in this team.
• Communication: Excellent English (written and verbal) is required.

Logistics

• Location: This is strictly an office-based position in Lahore; remote work is unavailable.
• Equipment: Candidates must have their own laptop/machine.
• Shift: You must be available to work from 6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistan Time).
