ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Amazon Vendor Central Manager to oversee wholesale operations, manage relationships with Amazon Retail, and ensure smooth execution of vendor processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands Amazon’s Vendor ecosystem, and can manage purchase orders, compliance, and operational efficiency.

WORK SETUP

• Position: Amazon Vendor Central Manager
• Location: Paragon City, Lahore
• Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: PKR 150,000 – 250,000/month + Performance Bonuses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Vendor Central operations including purchase orders, invoicing, and chargebacks
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s vendor requirements and operational standards
• Oversee product listings, content, and retail readiness in Vendor Central
• Collaborate with supply chain, PPC, and brand teams to align wholesale and retail strategies
• Monitor KPIs such as sell-through, chargebacks, and operational metrics
• Handle case management, disputes, and vendor-related issues with Amazon
• Optimize product visibility and retail performance through promotions and content updates
• Provide reporting and insights to guide brand managers on wholesale performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Amazon Vendor Central management
• Strong knowledge of wholesale operations, compliance, and vendor negotiations
• Hands-on experience with Vendor Central tools, reporting, and chargeback management
• Familiarity with listing optimization, retail readiness, and Amazon content standards
• Excellent command of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Strong problem-solving, case-handling, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
