PURPOSE / DETAILS OF THE JOBMission & Main Objectives-
Data collection & management, carflow report construction and online tools performance management, contributing to the sales performance of AMIO region

Overall regional sales consolidation
-
Monthly SPP task schedule preparation and management (cadence, highlights)
-
Carflow preparation and reporting within AMIO and to Global
-
Monthly Sales Tracker & department KPI tracker creator, developer and caretaker
-
Strategic Sales forecast construction : extended carflow, BP, MTP
-
Key management weekly forecast reports preparation based on markets performance, extensive communication with region and global counterparts

Responsible for Retail Recognition policy adherence, monitoring and deviation reporting
-
Marcom lead interface working with M&S performance optimization
Main tasks and responsibilities-
Strategic Carflow operations and file management: strategic CF management and template management, coordination with markets and the managers

Monthly M&S tracker & KPI reporting : Monthly sales KPI tracking, monitoring and reporting
-
Weekly Forecast Meeting/Sales Flash Reports: coordination, consolidation, template preparation and reporting
-
Monthly/quarterly cadence setting: planning, coordination and communication
-
Marcom lead interface : Media performance optimization, coordination with relevant stakeholders at market, regional, and global level
-
Upholding the department data excellence : becoming the company most reliable sales database management
-
PDCA/QRM: Sales performance planning content preparation and analysis for NML reviews
-
Cross-functional alignment: becoming the contact point between regional & global for monthly/weekly sales performance and reporting
