Job Overview:
The Analyst at Dial Zero is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive client growth and strategic decision-making. The role focuses on identifying high-potential accounts, building performance dashboards, and tracking product adoption across clients. By partnering with client-facing and strategy teams, the Analyst ensures data accuracy, consistency, and relevance—enabling informed, timely, and impactful business conversations.
Responsibilities:

Identify high-potential clients/accounts for quarterly focus

Build and maintain internal scorecards and dashboards to track client growth opportunities

Provide insights and performance reports for client-facing teams

Track adoption of new products and analyze their impact on performance

Provide data-driven recommendations for playbooks and strategy frameworks

Develop standardized reporting templates and automation to enable faster client conversations

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Client Partners, Strategists, and Sales Team) to ensure data alignment and shared understanding of insights

Continuously explore new data sources, tools, and methods to enhance analytical capabilities and business impact
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, media planning, or performance marketing
Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio), and SQL (preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
